Merchant Banker Keith Tuffley Laughing All the Way to the Bank
The renovated house was purchased by an undisclosed business identity, who also bought a property to the rear of 19 Barry Street – for extra land. Sources say the total purchase price was more than $8 million and that, when amalgamated, the house will be one of the most expensive in the leafy suburb.
Tuffley, who works for money-maker Goldman Sachs JB Were, has a posting in London, where he will move with wife Yvette Yates.
