Melbourne School of Theology Pays $8 Million For Prominent Nutrimetics Office, Wantirna
The new MST site, at 5 Burwood Highway, is the only property within a prominent and unique “island” block bound by Mountain and Burwood highways, and now, the Eastlink tollway.
Last May, and when the enterprise was still known as the Bible College, MST sold its 30-year Lilydale headquarters to developers in parts, for a combined $8.525 million. That school had road frontage to Maroondah Highway, Victoria and Albert Hill roads.
Colliers International’s Peter Bremner and Tim Grant represented the MST in buying and selling its eastern suburb headquarters.
