Melbourne-Based CEO Serviced Apartment Operator Opens International Office in Manila
CEO has leased 1000 sq m of space in an established office building in Makati in Manila’s central business district, and will manage about 40 serviced offices.
"We have been evaluating the Asian market for some time and were amazed to find the Philippine market so ripe and undersupplied," said CEO managing director Jenny Folley.
"We have our sights set on another two levels in Makati, equating to 3000 sq m, which we expect to open in 2008."
Meanwhile, in Melbourne, British-based serviced-office provider Regus has leased a floor of 11 Queens Road, in the St Kilda Road precinct of Melbourne. The office will trade as Regus’ fourth office in Melbourne and its first outside the CBD.
