Nine sells McLeod’s Daughters ‘Drover’s Run’

Kingsford, the South Australian farm owned by Channel Nine for its drama McLeod’s Daughters, has sold to a local for $1.5 million.

The network offered the property after axing the Australian show after seven years.

Known as Drover’s Run in the program, the property is between Gawler and Freeling, one hour north of Adelaide.

The incoming owners, Leanne and Stefan Ahrens, intend to repurpose the property for hospitality use.
