Major Projects to Proceed in Cranbourne, Melbourne

Wolfdene’s Alarah estate spreads over 44 hectares, and will incorporate an 1888 heritage protected homestead, built for the family which Hall Road was named after.

The entire Cranbourne precinct has become considerably easier to access by car since the opening of the Eastlink tollway almost two years ago.

The State Government recently announced another major infrastructure project – the $759 million Peninsula Link – which will have exits connecting road users to Cranbourne and surrounds.

Peninsula Link is expected to result in the residential rezoning of substantial tracts of farmland in the outer south-eastern suburbs, to accommodate the city’s booming population.
