Lin family’s North Epping home for sale
The North Epping property which was the scene of a multiple murder in 2009 has hit the market with a c$700,000 guide.
Selling agent Mark Ward of North Nor’West Property is not advertising the history in the marketing but is informing all prospective buyers.
The property at 55A Boundary Road was where Min and his wife Li, their two sons and her sister, were attacked in their bedrooms by a family member.
It sat vacant after the crime but has had some renovations ahead of being listed.
Comparable houses sell for $900,000-$950,000.
