Lasseters International Close to Buying Holiday Inn, Melbourne, For $44 Million
The group is trying to recover about $100 million from the sale of the Holiday Inn Melbourne, and another in Perth, according to the AFR. A deal is yet to be finalised for the Perth Holiday Inn.
