Larry Emdur Pays $6.8 Million For Dover Heights Mansion

It was previously owned by Elaine Diamond, the widow of Robert Diamond, a medico. The couple paid $1.7 million for the property in 1996 demolishing a home that was there to build a palatial mansion with 180-degree ocean views, and an infinity swimming pool.

On a 1062 square metre block, the home also includes a gymnasium (with a retractable roof) and a self contained apartment for guests.

Emdur also co-hosts Weekend Sunrise with Samantha Armytage.
