Minogue parents extend EOI deadline for holiday home

The parents of pop princesses Kylie and Dannii Minogue have extended the expression of interest deadline for offers on their French Island retreat.

Tenders for the 90 hectare Beauciel were supposed to have been received by March 28; this has been pushed forward a month.

Hocking Stuart said the decision allows interstate suitors more time to arrange inspections.

French Island is only accessible by ferry.

It is about a two hour commute from the city.

Vendors Ron and Carol have in the last ten years planted 1000 trees in and around the property, including 160 lemon scented gums lining a driveway.

Another part of the Mount Wellington Road block has been designed as an animal sacntuary.

Beauciel has a $1.8-$2 million guide.
