Kew’s Shalom Lodge to be Redeveloped as Esque Apartment Tower

A new development application is now being reviewed which would see the number of dwellings within Esque almost double, to 23.

The distinctive new three level design penned by Interlandi Mantesso Architects, will be formally launched in October if approved.

In the meantime, Esque units are being marketed for sale online. Nineteen units will be configured with two bedrooms, the cheapest starting at $620,000. Esque will also include four one-bedroom units (starting at $420,000) and one flat configured with a bedroom and a study. Marshall White’s Mark Dayman and Nick Franzmann are marketing the Kew redevelopment.
