The property includes a retail showroom at 62 Lower Heidelberg Road leased to pet retailer All 4 Pets until November 2011, and a 727 square metre development site behind this store, at 64 Russell Street, currently used as a car park.
Capital Gain was tipped off about the speculated buyer by sources at the auction. Gross Waddell selling agent Joseph Carbone, and a representative from Ivanhoe Grammr declined to comment when contacted by Capital Gain.
