Historic Balwyn Mansion Canonbury For Sale Again
It was last offered for sale in early 2010 asking $8.5 million. In May, 2008, it was in Domain asking $9.5 million.
This time around, and after a private sale campaign, Hocking Stuart Hawthorn’s Paul Richards is expecting Canonbury to sell for about $7 million.
