Henkell Brothers to sell portfolio

Henkell Brothers Investment Management is selling a c$180 million portfolio comprising seven office and retail assets.

The properties are managed on behalf of separate Europe-based syndicates.

They were be offered individually.

Colliers International is the agent.

The most valuable, according to sources, is Centre Way at 259–263 Collins St, which contains 4750 square metres of lettable retail area

Another asset – the former Wang House at 45 William St contains 9,059 sqm of B-grade office space.

Other city properties include 446 Collins St – an 11-storey 5,704 square metre commercial investment near the corner of William St and 196 Flinders St, which overlooks St Paul’s Cathedral and Federation Square.

Outside of the CBD, the former Fujitsu building at 20 Queens Road, opposite Albert Park Lake, is included, as are offices in Prospect St, Box Hill and Jamieson St, Cheltenham.
