Half Share of Perth’s QV1 Tower Selling For More Than $300 Million

The estimated sale price translates to a yield of about 7 per cent.

Designed by Harry Seidler and completed in 1991, the 42-level tower has postcard views of the city’s Swan River, according to the AFR which reported the deal. It includes 62,519 square metres of lettable area, with major tenants including Shell, law firms Allens Arthur Robinson and Freehills and PWC.

Last year Eureka paid $83.2 million for an office in Clarence Street Sydney. It also manages Melbourne’s 101 Collins Street office, and the Indooroopilly Shopping Centre in Brisbane.
