GSK Selling Part of Boronia Headquarters

An owner occupier may also consider buying the land given it’s in the outer eastern suburbs where industrial 1 zoned property is limited as compared to Melbourne’s north, west, or south-east. Jones Lang LaSalle selling agent David Butera is marketing the site with Andrew O’Connell.

GSK is expected to reap between $7.5 million and $8 million from the land sale, sources say, and will continue to occupy the manufacturing plant next door.
