Gina Riley to sell Armadale house after short stay
Entertainer Gina Riley and television producer husband Rick McKenna are selling their Armadale house less than 12 months after moving in
The comedian, with Jane Turner, co-created the hugely successful television show Kath & Kim and this year signed a lucrative deal with Seven, for a fourth series.
Ms Riley bought the Mercer Road property last year for $4.45 million.
Castran Gilbert director Paul Castran is quoting just over that price, this time around.
On almost 1200 square metres with four-bedroom and three-bathrooms, the dwelling has a double garage, solar and gas-heated pools and a large separate games area.
It is near the historic Flete Avenue homestead which in 2006 sold for about $14m – setting a suburb record.
