Former Toorak Veterinary Hospital to Make Way For Apartments
Kay & Burton director Peter Kudelka said entry level 1-bedroom-plus study apartments at the Mira development, start at $460,000.
Mira will include ten 2-bedroom-plus-study apartments, priced at between $750,000 and $880,000 and two 3-bedroom penthouses priced at $1.35 million, and $1.5 million.
All apartments include at least one car park, and a terrace.
The veterinary hospital relocated to a newer facility in Prahran last year, according to Mr Kudelka.
