Mr Rowsthorn purchased it in 2007, but after developing a Wadham Park racing and brood mare property at Tylden, between Trentham and Kyneton, Wadham Park Seymour is surplus to his needs. The former Toll executive is also reportedly buying another major farm in Canungra, Queensland.
