Former Labor Minister Sells Home in Thornbury

As MP for Ringwood Kay headed the ‘Why Women’s Health?’ consultation and since her days as a politician, has been involved with EMILY’s List, an organization aimed at getting progressive Labor women elected to Parliament.

The home at 54 Harold Street is full of period features including leadlight windows and parquetry flooring. It features 3-bedrooms, an open plan living area to the rear – but photos of politicians and in particular former ALP Prime Ministers are not included.

Jan Wallace of Ray White Northcote expects the property to sell for in excess of $450,000 when it goes to auction next month.
