FKP to Sell 399 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne
FKP paid $30.2 million for 399 Lonsdale Street in July 2006. It’s appointed Knight Frank’s Paul Burns and Langton McHarg and Colliers International’s Nick Rathgeber and Leigh Melbourne as agents.
Earlier this month FKP sold Sydney-based Challenger a 27-level, 19,460 square metre CBD office at 31 Queen Street for $81 million. FKP paid $41 million for that office in October 2003, transferring it to another of its funds for $51.5 million in late 2005.
