FKP Sells Brisbane’s Redbank Plaza Shopping Centre

QUEENSLAND-based developer FKP is understood to be close to selling its Redbank Plaza Shopping Centre, in Brisbane, for between $14 million and $15 million.

The 6,500 square metre shopping centre includes 32 tenants, and is believed to have sold with a nearby four hectare parcel of land.

Woolworths had first right of purchase, according to The Australian which reported the sale today, but the property sold to an undisclosed buyer.

FKP is reweighting its portfolio.
