Eureka to Sell Exchange House, 10 Bridge Street, Sydney Office
A PRICE of $60 million is expected for Sydney’s 10 Bridge Street office building.
Eureka, a fund manager, has listed the 8414 square metre building for sale via Jones Lang LaSalle.
Near the ASX Sydney headquarters, the office, Exchange House, is 88 per cent leased, and returns annual rent of about $5 million.
