Eliza Park Aged Care Facility, Mt Eliza, Sells For $2.2 Million
MORNINGTON Peninsula’s Eliza Park aged care facility sold to a private investor for $2.155 million.
The 46-bed facility is near Mt Eliza’s main retail village and sold for 20 per cent above the reserve, according to The Australian which reported the sale.
The complex sold with a five year lease, currently returning $180,000 per annum in rent. A five year lease option is available at the end of the original lease period. Fitzroys Chris Kombi marketed the investment, on land of 2421 square metres.
