Elias Jreissati lists Eureka apartment

Elias Jreissati

Benson Property Group founding director Elias Jreissati has relaunched the marketing campaign for one of Melbourne’s priciest apartments.

The full-floor unit, the 82nd floor of Southbank’s Eureka Tower, is asking $22 million.

The businessman and his wife, Colleen had it for sale in 2017 and 2014 too.

It was acquired in 2010 as a shell and spreads 620 square metres.

The pair live in a bigger home at Port Melbourne’s HM@S complex which recently sold for $16m.

The apartment: 82/1 Riverside Quay, Southbank

The apartment shell cost $6.67m (story continues below).

Its vendor, architect Nonda Katsalidis, reportedly planned to keep it as his family home.

Built above the service floor, it has no downstairs neighbours.

It is speculated the fit-out costs millions. The design includes five bedrooms, five bathrooms, two kitchens an office and scuplture gallery.

There are also eight car parks.

Recently the couple’s daughter Samantha, who works for the construction business and is managing director of Levantine Hill winery – listed a Eureka apartment on the 73rd floor with c$8m price hopes.

The master bedroom looks over the Melbourne CBD.
