Developer sells Windsor Exchange

Griffith Group has sold the two year old Windsor Exchange, about 3.5 kilometres north of Brisbane.

The large format retail and service station investment at 143 Windsor Road, Windsor, collected $28.5 million.

With 2915 square metres, Auski and Supercheap Auto are amongst the tenants.

The weighted average lease expiry by income is 7.04 years.

The result reflects a 4.91 per cent net passing yield.
