Developer Pays $17 Million At Auction For Dandenong South Industrial Site
ASX listed fund manager Goodman owns industrial land in the immediate area of the Dandenong South site, which also abuts the significant 20-hectare, 55,000 square metre headquarters of recreational vehicle manufacturer Jayco.
Ben Cooper, director of Cameron Industrial Commercial auctioned the combined 32 hectare land parcel with Kosta Filinis, of Colliers International’s south-eastern office, last Thursday.
The sites have street addresses in Dandenong South of 469 – 491 and 499 – 523 Frankston Dandenong Road.
