Colonial Leisure Group Buys Port Melbourne Office

General Motors struck the redevelopment deal at about the same time rival Toyota offloaded part of its Port Melbourne facility to developers, sources say.

Raine & Horne Commercial director Glyn Bosisto and Nick Beveridge sold the Colonial Leisure Group office.

In the immediate area, Mirvac still owns about another 4.5 hectares of former General Motors land on Lorimer Street, as well as a property at 600 Lorimer Street.

Raine & Horne is marketing nine units in a second stage of the Southport Estate, 50 per cent of which has been sold and leased.
