City of Kingston to Sell Carrum Car Park Site on the Beach

The 743 sq m site is opposite the Carrum railway station and at the centre of a popular retail strip that includes an Aldi supermarket. It is expected to generate interest from a developer keen to build an apartment tower, with ground floor shop and, possibly, office space.

Nichols Crowder director Cameron Hunter is marketing the site at 640 Nepean Highway.

The City of Kingston says it will use funds from the sale of the car park and parkland in Patterson Lakes to build a library and community centre.
