CGA Bryson to Sell Camberwell Development Site

Since obtaining the site, however, CGA Bryson has subjected it to a planning scheme which could see it replaced with a mixed-use project, with just 1000 square metres of office space, but 112 flats. The site is near the busy Camberwell Junction and has rear access to Butler Street.

CGA paid developer the McMullin Group $8.03 million for the Camberwell block in June 2010. It’s expected to sell for between $9 million and $9.5 million this time around.

Colliers International’s Rob Joyes and Peter Bremner will market the site with CB Richard Ellis agents Mark Wizel and Scott Orchard.
