Cairns Central SC Expected to Fetch $450 Million
The centre is expected to fetch about $450 million according to The Australian which reported the speculation.
Other major shopping centres being marketed nationally at the moment include Lang Walker’s Point Cook Town Centre in Melbourne’s west, which is expected to sell for about $200 million.
Shopping centre magnate John Gandel is reportedly also seeking about $450 million for a half share of the Northland Shopping Centre in Preston, in Melbourne’s north. Woolworths is also marketing a $900 million retail portfolio.
