Buckley Weighs Into Didak-Hall Debate, Should Collingwood Make Finals

Buckley was guest speaker at the launch, having a connection to Colliers International in Darwin, where his father, Ray, worked as a valuer.

In a question-and-answer session on Thursday, the Brownlow medallist was asked if banished pair Alan Didak and Heath Shaw should return to the Pies – if the team made the grand final.

In Buckley’s view, Collingwood president Eddie McGuire and his colleagues would be remiss in abandoning the principled action that saw the duo outed for disciplinary reasons last month.

Buckley was adamant that the team that got the Magpies to the grand final – should it happen – should be the team that played, and that it was extremely important for the club that McGuire stuck to his word.

Colliers International has almost trebled the amount of office space it leases in the suburbs by moving to CGA Bryson’s Unipark at Monash.

Eastern office chief executive Rob Joyes said staff would be recruited to expand the company’s strata office, industrial and leasing divisions.
