Brighton Prestige Residential Market on Fire

Hocking Stuart director Peter Kennett delivered the most impressive result, selling a mansion at 55 New Street in Brighton for more than $9 million. The sale is the most expensive in the suburb since former St Kilda football club president Rod Butterss sold his mansion in Seacombe Grove for an estimated $11.2 million last year.

Also in Brighton, another mansion at 1 Wellington Street sold for $7.65 million, against a reserve of $7 million.
Secret Agent is investigating whispers of another $10 million plus off-market sale, said to have occurred in Toorak this week. Watch this space.
