Brickworks, Goodman Group Sell Eastern Creek Sites For $24 Million
THE ASX listed Brickworks, with the Goodman Group, has sold two major Eastern Creek development sites for $22.1 million, and a smaller site for $2.07 million.
Only four hectares of developable land remain in the area, according to Brickworks managing director Lindsay Partridge.
Over 100 hectares of land has been sold in the area in the last seven years, according to Brickwork’s ASX announcement.
