Bank of Cyprus Leases 1000 Sq m at Rialto
Restaurateur Shannon Bennett is understood to be formalising paperwork to develop a luxury $4 million sky-high restaurant at the Rialto’s former observation deck, while Italian chef Guy Grossi will open a new eatery, The Merchant, at the building’s forecourt in May.
Rialto is owned by the Grollo family and St Martins.
The owners are currently engaged in a dispute with neighbour the Inflation nightclub, regarding use of the King Street bar’s rooftop, activities of which can be seen by many Rialto office tenants.
Colliers International’s Josh Langdon and Simon Hunt and CBRE’s Shane Burns and Hamish Sutherland are office leasing agents at Rialto.
