Apartment developer snares neighbouring Drummoyne homes
Central Element is the latest developer to acquire a Sydney site from separate owners.
The 1700 square metre holding, 15-21 St Georges Crescent, Drummoyne (highlighted, image, top), comprises a standalone dwelling, terrace and a block of four brick flats.
Elevated, it offers views towards the Parramatta River, Sydney Harbour Bridge and CBD.
An eight storey project is planned with the developer describing the design focused on light, outlook and a strong connection to the water.
Central Element is also behind the suburb’s Bianca complex.
Another Drummoyne deal
Drummoyne is six kilometres west of the CBD (continues below).

Also this week we reported Danny Avidan’s Dare Property Group bought a block of flats at 72-76 St Georges from over 30 strata owners.

The St Georges Cr land is affected by recent state government planning changes aimed at encouraging higher-density development near transport and waterways.
This legislation has also seen a swag of low density homes or low rise unit blocks sell to apartment builders in the inner east and Lower North Shore.
Central Element is headquartered in North Sydney.
