Hive Shopping Centre and Apartment Building, Under Construction in Abbotsford
A Genser & Associates is developing the prominent site on the corner of Victoria and Nicholson streets, after recently demolishing a collection of factories and other small buildings, once spread over the 5,000 square metre block.
Hive will include 41 double storey townhouses, occupying the fourth and fifth levels of the five-level development. The apartments are configured as two, or three bedrooms, and range in price from $625,000 to $850,000.
