Developer secures another business to ex-Lunar Drive-In
Racking Supply Australia has consolidated its Melbourne operations to a Dandenong South office/warehouse leased last year initially for its Dexion Victoria and National Make Good Solutions businesses.
The group this month moved into the 16,616 square metre facility at 115 South Gippsland Highway, Dandenong South, recently completed on part of the former Lunar Drive-In, which closed in 2022.
Pellicano acquired the 5.9 hectare holding the following year for $37.75 million, launching it last year as the Eclipse Business Park.
The site had for six decades operated as a drive-in.
Repeat tenant client
RSA pre-committed for Dexion and National Make Good Solutions for an initial 7.5-year lease (continues below).

Delivered with Spargo Group and Amicus, it is the third facility Pellicano has delivered for Dexion.
The developer also last year secured Orora to the balance of the Eclipse estate – a 14,647 square metre office/warehouse with 2750 square metre canopy.
“We have always seen Dandenong South as a strong corridor for industrial property, with its prime location being highly accessible to main arterial roads and the surrounding workforce, yielding a high growth environment for our clients,” managing director Renato Pellicano said.
The suburb is about 31 kilometres south east of Melbourne’s CBD.
