Ex-Village Bardon site sold, leased
Pradella has sold a commercial asset until recently known as Village Bardon.
The vacant property, 63-65 MacGregor Terrace, Bardon, will be refurbished following the deal to two locals.
The outlay is $12.875 million.
A tenant has been found to anchor.
Blue Commercial brokered the lease an off-market sale.
“Situated at the highest point of MacGregor Tce, the site…was once a vibrant retail hub featuring a mix of retail, showroom, medical, dining and commercial spaces,” agent Herman Hunt said.
“In one of Brisbane’s most sought-after suburbs, this prime location offers excellent exposure and access in a high-traffic area making it ideal for businesses,” he added.
“The site had sat idle awaiting development approval; however due to unforeseen circumstances, it had been on hold and was starting to show signs of wear,” according to the executive.
“The property will be in goods hands and the future looks promising”.
The asset also has 32 car parks.
Bardon is about five kilometres west of Brisbane.
