Asset managers, developer drop $77m in south Perth
Satterley and Centuria have snapped up a Banjup site.
The 7.03 hectare block on Armadale Road set the pair back $42.35 million.
Divided with a road, the northern part abuts the Centuria Cockburn East bulky goods complex.
The southern boundary neighbours residential.
Satterley will retain 80 per cent.
The balance will be controlled by Centuria’s Cockburn East (South Central) trust which holds the mall, on a suburb border, classified Jandakot.
The vendor was Michael Oosterhof.
