Yanchep Site, Perth, Expected to Sell For Near $13 Million

Yanchep is becoming part of Perth’s northern suburbs, with several residential land estates in the area. Lend Lease was recently awarded the Alkimos project near the area. Western Australian based developer Peet & Co is also in the area.
Deloitte is acting as the receiver for the property.
