Waterford Valley Golf Course, Knoxfield, to Fetch $15 MIllion

ANOTHER Melbourne suburban golf course has quietly come onto the market for sale - this time in Knoxfield.
 
Southern Pacific Golf is expecting to make about $15 million from the sale of the Waterford Valley Golf Course, which includes a 116 hectare, 18-hole course that spreads into neighbouring suburbs Ferntree Gully and Rowville.
 
Knight Frank selling agent Michael Hede said the property also includes a 3.7 hectare slice of land with development potential.
