VICTORIAN planning minister Justin Madden will exit a parliamentary sitting later this month to welcome Indian billionaire Rakesh Wadhawan’s property development business to Melbourne. A spokeswoman for the developer said Premier John Brumby will advise them on Monday November 2, about whether he will attend the launch, which falls on one of Parliament’s six confirmed sitting days this month.
