Unique Home in Solent Sea Comes to Market

Boutique real estate agency Knight Frank has been appointed to sell No Mans Land Fort – a redundant floating harbour about three miles from Portsmouth. The property, in need of renovation, is expected to arouse interest from eccentric home buyers who want a home with unrivalled seclusion and spectacular views.

The fort and property was built around 1870 as one of four sea forts to protect the naval base of Portsmouth from the threat of French invasion. The selling agency said it could not attach an estimated sale price for the unique property.
