St Kilda’s Former Post Office Sells For $4.75 Million to Asian Apartment Developer
Knight Frank’s Marcus Quinn and Nick Peden sold the property, with Gross Waddell’s Michael Gross and Andrew Greenway, and David Ryan, of the DBR Group.
Mr Quinn said the eventual purchaser was a Chinese developer, who has added this site to other projects he is about to begin, in suburban Melbourne.
