Prominent Site Opposite Victoria Gardens, Richmond, to be Developed at Last
The tallest building in the complex will soar seven stories, while 93 apartments will be provided for affordable housing, according to council. The project will also include a private lap pool, gym, sauna and private garden.
One bedroom apartments within the complex start at $360,000 with two bedrooms starting at $520,000. Colliers International is marketing agent for the project. Two bedroom townhouses with park views are also part of the development, starting at $749,000.
A spokeswoman for the Yarra City Council said it is calling on the State Government to establish a new bus service which would provide residents and workers in the precinct defined as Victoria Street East, with connection to and from the Burnley train station.
