PERTH-based developer Aspen Group has quietly listed for sale a controversial 48 hectare Mornington Peninsula property it acquired as a “green wedge” zoned site two years ago and had rezoned. Despite the rezoning, Aspen is not expected to recover all of the $6 million it is speculated to have paid for the Dromana tourist accommodation site in 2007.
