A STANDALONE double fronted terrace, in a Footscray street almost entirely occupied by industrial and commercial users, is set to be developed into that suburbs newest apartment complex. The Buckley Square complex will rise from a site at 90 – 92 Buckley Street in Seddon, the name given to the southern-most part of Footscray. The project will include 82 units over six levels, and backs onto tracks between Footscray and Middle Footscray train stations. Biggin & Scott Yarraville selling agent Mary Tomasino said one bedroom apartments within Buckley Square start at $260,000. Two bedroom apartments start at $339,000.
