Coincidentally, the Barnard Road Toorak house offloaded by solicitor John O’Halloran when he smashed Brighton’s record buying 39 Seacombe Grove, has come back on the market for sale.
Mr O’Halloran sold 8 Barnard Road to socialite Rose Porteous for $6.1 million in late 2006, who onsold it seven months later for $7 million.
