More Tenants Lease Space at Canberra Centre
The rent has been struck at between $600 – $800 per square metre, per annum, according to the AFR which reported the deal.
The property is identified as the first complex where Woolworths and Costco will compete. Costco said sales at its Canberra store has exceeded expectation since it was opened last July.
