Melbourne’s Northern Suburbs Boom

Last month it was Pascoe Vale’s turn to shine, after a near new 70 square home in Pleasant Street sold for just over $1.4 million at auction. Brad Teal selling agent Greg Kofoed said it eclipsed the suburb’s previous record, in Moascar Street, by more than $400,000.

Amongst its many features the house includes an indoor swimming pool, three living rooms, two garages and a large home theatre.

Earlier this year, the nearby suburb of Coburg recorded a string of $1 million-plus sales. This included a new record set for the federation Koorali mansion in The Grove.
